MICHELIN starred restaurant La Fenice
From the Alps to the Adriatic
The restaurant La Fenice in Lech am Arlberg is one of the culinary highlights of the region, delighting gourmets with outstanding fine dining at the highest level. Recently awarded a Michelin star, the restaurant stands for an exquisite dining experience.
At the heart of it all is the creative vision of head chef Patrick Tober, who harmoniously combines alpine and Mediterranean influences with his concept “Monte e Mare.” Regional ingredients meet refined, seasonal compositions, presented in multi-course tasting menus that reinterpret classic Austrian cuisine in a modern way.
Beyond the cuisine, La Fenice impresses with its elegant ambiance and an exceptional wine list that leaves nothing to be desired. Attentive service completes the overall experience, making every visit a special occasion.
Not to be missed is the alpine-Mediterranean cuisine, based on top-quality ingredients. The impressive wine list, featuring mainly Austrian, Italian, and French selections, includes over 1,000 labels, with around 15,000 bottles stored in the cellar.
Patrick Tober
For over 20 years, Patrick Tober, originally from the Mühlviertel region (Austria), has been part of Hotel Arlberg. Starting as a Demi-Chef de Partie, he steadily worked his way up to become Head Chef and Culinary Director of the hotel’s operations. With his passion for high-quality ingredients and a clear culinary vision, he has established himself firmly in the world of fine dining.
In addition to the award-winning restaurant La Fenice, Patrick—together with his team of 25—also oversees the culinary direction of the half-board offering, the fondue restaurant Die Stube, the sun terrace & bar, and played a key role in developing the gastronomic concept of the new Arlberg Club House.
