Stube
A visit to Lech wouldn’t be complete without a taste of Alpine cuisine. Our gourmet fondues are traditional delicacies to be enjoyed in good company. Foodies can look forward to innovative new interpretations of the classic Swiss dish, with ingredients in the fondue pot such as the finest Wagyu beef or other Asian delights. During the day, delicacies are cooked à la carte.

One outstanding dish is the tender, juicy lobster medallion in a courgette “coat”, accompanied by an aromatic blood orange gelée and a vadouvan foam that harmonises perfectly with notes of Indian spice.«

La Fenice
Michelin-starred haute cuisine with a nod to Italy has made La Fenice one of the leading restaurants in the area. Head chef Patrick Tober creates a tempting combination of “monte e mare”. Awarded One Michelin Star and two Gault-Millau toques. Harmonious composition, exciting presentation and excellent service.
