In addition to the best pistes and freeride routes for skiers in Austria, there are also plenty of child-friendly activities in the snow for families to choose from. From the speedy toboggan run, curling, torchlight hikes to idyllic carriage rides through the magical snowy landscape. Children’s eyes are guaranteed to light up.

Kids Club
Our Kids Club and Teen Room is open daily from 3.00 pm to 9.00 pm for children from a nappy-free age. Parents can enjoy even more relaxing moments and leave their children in the loving care of our supervisors. Children can also have shared dinners, play and socialise with their peers on the premises as part of half board.

Standing and flowing waters in the middle of the unique landscapes of the Arlberg invite anglers and fishermen alike to try their luck. The Lake Formarin and Lake Spuller are home to a solid population of brown trouts and rainbow trouts, which share their territory with lake trouts and brook trouts.

Even without a fishing licence, nothing stands in the way of your fishing experience. The only prerequisite for purchasing a day ticket is appropriate behaviour. The day tickets can be purchased at Hejfish or at the tourism office. Please note: Fishing with barbed hooks is prohibited in the entire area.
In addition to the club’s own fishing pond in Zug, a strong, local fishing club also manages the Lechbach and Lake Spuller fishing areas. Local guides such as Toni Grissemann also offer guided day courses on fly fishing and show you the best spots.

Sometimes it’s the simple things in life that are particularly valuable. When the wild mountain landscape is close enough to feel and you want to encounter it on another level.
For example, on an excursion to one of the nine barbecue spots around Lech-Zürs. We will guide you to the best locations for a romantic and uncomplicated excursion with all kinds of tasty treats in your luggage. The best meat products from the region, a fresh-smelling Lech loaf of bread, local cheese, vegetables and homemade dips, fruit juices and drinks for children and the odd trouvaille from the wine cellar for the grown-ups. Blankets and fur throws will keep you cosy and warm so that you can relax at the end of the evening.
A total of nine barbecue sites in the most beautiful natural locations are available to guests of Lech Zürs. The only things you need to bring with you are a firelighter, barbecue food and something to drink. In the midst of the beautiful mountain landscape of Lech Zürs, every barbecue becomes a celebration for the whole family.
Touring through the mountains in an electric sports car
It is the breathtaking mountain roads, charming villages and winding routes that make the Arlberg and its surroundings the perfect destination for road trip enthusiasts.
As car lovers of vintage and classic cars, we are now also daring to take a step forward when it comes to electric mobility and are giving our guests the opportunity to test drive our very own Porsche Taycan Cross Turismo 4S this summer.
With an output of up to 571 hp, acceleration from 0-100 km/h in 4.1 s and a range of up to 400 kilometres, nothing stands in the way of an exciting drive.

The routes
A trip to the Bregenzerwald is not to be missed and offers unforgettable views of a varied landscape. Our favourite destinations are Schwarzenberg, Bezau and Bizau as well as a detour to Lake Constance and back to Bregenz via Dornbirn and Feldkirch. Unique timber architecture and culinary delights await you. The route to the neighbouring region of Tyrol is just as fantastic. The route takes you over the 1,894 metre high Hahntennjoch via Imst into the Inn Valley and further along the “blue Inn”. The route leads over the Fernpass to Lermoos and back through the lonely, idyllic Berwangertal valley. Other routes, such as to Neuschwanstein Castle, through the beautiful Montafon valley via the Silvretta High Alpine Road to the Bielerhöhe, are also highly recommended.

The vehicle can be hired for the whole day.
The vehicle is fully insured. Deductible according to the rental agreement. The excess applies in all cases, even if a rim is damaged or the car has damage to the paintwork. The minimum age for hire is 25 years.
