Of course, the place where alpine skiing was invented focuses on skiing and
snowboarding. Thanks to guaranteed snow until April, ski runs and routes in a height
of 1,450 to 2,800 metres, 85 cable railways and lifts as well as 457 km of downhill
runs provide for rather impressive conditions.

Well prepared ski runs with all levels of difficulty are waiting for winter sports enthusiasts - and those who intend

to become some. Strength-sapping mogul slopes and legendary deep snow runs, demanding steep slopes and,

of course, a fun park. 

But if you think you can only be happy in Lech with skis or snowboards on your feet, you will be wrong: 26 km of

cross-country trails, 29 km of winter hiking trails, an illuminated natural sledge run and a romantic horse-drawn

sleigh ride show that you can be much more relaxed in Lech - and be just as much happy.
